Science Park Kassel
The Science Park Kassel is integrated on the campus of the University of Kassel. This start-up and innovation center comprising of over 60,000 square feet of office, technical offices with the possibility to install laboratory equipment and workshop space for spin-offs of the Univesity of Kassel and companies wanting to be close to the university.

Purpose, legal basis, categories of recipients, storage period for the data processing
Purpose: Presentation of the company and provision of services and/or sale of products, as well as communication through the Internet
The purpose of data processing on this website is to provide information about the products and services of our company, combined with the opportunity for users to be able to make contact with the appropriate contact person in house.
We process personal data in accordance with the following legal bases:
· Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR for the processing of personal data with the consent of the data subject.
· Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR for the processing of personal data necessary for the performance of a contract with the data subject, as well as for taking appropriate steps prior to entering into a contract.
· Art. 6 (1)(c) GDPR for the processing necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject in accordance with applicable EU law or in accordance with the applicable law of a country in which the GDPR is applicable in whole or in part.
· Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR for the processing of personal data necessary to protect the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject. Legitimate interests are, in particular, our commercial interest to be able to provide our website, the security of information, the enforcement of our own legal claims and the compliance with further legislation.
To this end, in the context of service provision, we use service providers that have been separately bound to maintain confidentiality and to protect data. Data shall only be disclosed to a third party in the existence of overriding statutory provisions. Data is transmitted to third countries.

If the website is used improperly, log files, which need to be retained for evidence purposes, are saved until the incident is clarified.

Contact form
Should you wish to write to us using our contact from, your data from the form is processed to deal with your concern. The legal basis for the transmission of data to us is Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent under data protection law at any time with effect for the future.
The data is then removed. If there is no legal obligation to retain data arising from your enquiry (e.g. an order), the data is removed after three years.
Your data is transmitted internally to the competent contact person to process your enquiry. Data is not transmitted to a third party without your approval.
User account
If you order p through the website, we process your data (name, address, contact details, payment details, where applicable) for the purpose of contract fulfilment. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b). GDPR. The data is only disclosed to third parties if required to meet the purpose of the contract. The data is stored in the user account for as long as the customer account exists.
Newsletter
The purpose of sending the newsletter is to provide information about new products and services from our company. Your consent is required for subscription to the newsletter, the legal basis for the data processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. Data is not transmitted to third parties. The so-called “double opt-in process” is used when subscribing to the newsletter. You must actively confirm the request for the newsletter again by clicking on the link in the email sent to you. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link. You can also send us an unsubscribe request by email to the aforementioned address.
Newsletter tracking
Our newsletter may contain so-called tracking pixels. These can be used to detect if and when the newsletter e-mail was opened by you and which of the links contained therein were clicked by you. This only happens after your prior consent. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. In this way, we measure the success of the newsletter in order to better adapt it to your interests in the future. The collected personal data is stored and evaluated.
